My goal is to help others communicate in a manner that allows them to more effectively meet their goals and objects. In my former career, I taught subjects such as “reading body language”, “hostage negotiation”, and “communicating in crisis situations”, for the Federal Bureau of Prisons – U.S. Department of Justice. Basically, I now teach similar communication techniques to sales and customer service professionals. I am a Texas Real Estate Commission licensed elective CE provider.
