An effective communicator uses all of their communication skills (including observation) to gather the information they need to achieve their goals and to project their ideas and intent effectively. My goal is to help others communicate in a manner that allows them to more effectively meet their goals and objects. In my former career, I taught subjects such as “reading body language”, “hostage negotiation”, and “communicating in crisis situations”, for the Federal Bureau of Prisons – U.S. Department of Justice. Basically, I now teach similar communication techniques to sales and customer service professionals. I am a Texas Real Estate Commission licensed elective CE provider.
